Returns and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Star 3D Printing Australia.
Our goods come with warranties and guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law (Consumer Guarantees). You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of an acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or direct deposit into your account.
You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or financial institution's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
